  1. OASIS 5.0 for Windows.

  3. OASIS (OWL Automated Sales and Invoicing System) is a complete sales 
  4. management system that includes: invoicing, automated billing, customer 
  5. correspondence, mailing list management, and sales tracking.  OASIS 
  6. Features:
  7.  
  8. *   Intuitive menus that minimize typing.  For example, to create an 
  9. invoice you simply choose the customer and products sold from a series 
  10. of menus.  OASIS fills in the invoice and computes the sales tax for 
  11. you.
  12. *   Customer tracking.  Customer profile reports show each customer, the 
  13. items they have purchased and the dates each item was purchased.
  14. *   Sales tracking.  Product sales reports give a complete picture of 
  15. the products that are selling and those that are not.  The Buyers report 
  16. shows you the names of customers who have purchased a particular 
  17. product.
  18. *   Mailing list management.  Customers can be separated into up to 100 
  19. groups. Mailing labels and mail merge files can be generated for any 
  20. combination of one or more groups of customers.  This feature lets you 
  21. target your mass mailings to just those customers who are most likely to 
  22. respond to a given mailing.
  23. *   OASIS can be configured to automatically compute two sales taxes 
  24. (e.g., Canadian GST and PST).
  25. *   Income data entered into OASIS can be imported into OWL Basic 
  26. Bookkeeping (BBK) or OWL Simple Business Accounting to provide complete 
  27. tracking of both sales income and business expenses.
